Inefficiency

In order to be efficient, one must first eliminate inefficiencies.

There are surprisingly low key sources of inefficiencies.

Eg. Getting good nights sleep provides the same increase in productiivty as increasing proficiency in a programming language and tools. It's much easier to perform the former than the latter.
